    There are direct flights, for example from Frankfurt and Vienna. The flight time is approximately 10\u201312 hours. Alternatively, you can fly with a stopover (e.g., via Dubai, Istanbul, or Paris), which is often more affordable. I recommend choosing an overnight flight so you can arrive well-rested.     So you can travel with ease, here are the most important details:<\/p>

    <\/strong><\/span>Mauritius is +3 hours ahead of Germany and Austria in winter and +2 hours ahead in summer. The jet lag is minimal \u2013 your body adjusts quickly.<\/p>

    <\/strong><\/span>The local currency is the Mauritian Rupee (MUR). You\u2019ll only need a small amount of cash for personal extras (you can exchange money directly at the airport or beforehand), such as a drink on the go, a souvenir, or minor personal expenses. During the retreat, everything is generally organized and included, so you won\u2019t have to worry about anything.<\/p>

    \ud83d\udde3 Language:
    <\/strong><\/span>The official language is English, and French and Creole are also widely spoken. However, since everything is organized for you and we will be moving around together as a group, you only need to speak German. You won\u2019t have to worry about communication on site at all.<\/p>

    <\/strong><\/span>In general, you won\u2019t need a SIM card, as Wi-Fi is available at the retreat.<\/p>

    And very important:
    Time offline can often be very beneficial. This retreat is also an invitation not to stay constantly connected to the outside world, but to reconnect with yourself instead.<\/p>
